1. Using Evolvoom.io
You must be 18 or older and agree to use the platform legally and responsibly. You are solely responsible for your account activity and content.
2. Account & Access
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription & Usage Charges
Evolvoom.io charges a monthly subscription for platform access. In addition, usage-based services powered by third-party providers may incur additional charges. These are not fees set by Evolvoom.io — they are
standard industry rates passed directly through from our providers, and in some cases, are regulated by government agencies, such as the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the U.S.
Usage-Based Charges (Third-Party Services)
Phone System (SMS via Twilio)Charged at $0.0079 per segment for US/Canada outbound SMS.
These rates are set by Twilio, based on carrier pricing and FCC-regulated fees.
Email (via Lead Connector)Charged at $0.0007 per email.
Pricing is set by Lead Connector, our integrated email service provider.
Conversation AI. Charged at $0.02 per message.
This rate is determined by our third-party AI provider and may change based on platform costs.
These costs are passed through directly and may vary based on your region or message type. Evolvoom.io does not profit from these charges — they reflect standard service delivery costs.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
Using the “Support Request” tab inside the Evolvoom.io platform, or
Sending an email to [email protected]
We do not guarantee refunds for unused subscription time or usage-based charges, but we will review cancellation requests individually.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use Evolvoom.io to:
- Spam, scam, or send unlawful content
- Circumvent security features
- Abuse the service infrastructure
- Violate privacy laws or impersonate others
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect abuse or violations of these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our platform is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or data loss.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Evolvoom.io means you agree to the revised version.
